The Samsung One UI 2.0 beta for the Galaxy S10 series has already launched in several countries, giving users a taste of Android 10. Fortunately, it seems like owners of the Galaxy Note 10 series don’t have to wait too long either.
An official post on Samsung’s Korean-language community forum (via XDA-Developers) confirmed that the One UI 2.0 beta is “coming soon” to the late 2019 flagships. Check out the announcement image below:
The post specifically mentions looming beta access for the 5G models, with no word on 4G devices in the image or post. But SamMobile previously reported that the beta initiative for 4G devices in Germany may have been delayed until October 24.
Hopefully Samsung gives us more concrete info regarding access for Galaxy Note 10 users outside South Korea. After all, the Galaxy S10 beta is currently available in the likes of the US and Germany too. And it’s believed that China, France, India, Poland, Spain, and the UK are next in line.
If it’s anything like the Samsung One UI 2.0 beta for the Galaxy S10 series, then we can expect an improved dark mode, Google’s navigation gestures, and a focus mode on the Galaxy Note 10 devices.
